Credit Life Insurance Notice

We are posting this notice because you may have an active credit life insurance certificate with Transamerica Financial Life Insurance Company (TFLIC). Effective March 31, 2010, TFLIC has changed its home office from Purchase, New York to Harrison, New York. Please note that this home office change does not impact the addresses or phone numbers that you currently use to contact TFLIC or have any effect on the benefit provisions contained in your contract. Please print and keep this notice for your records.
