Addressing COVID-19

We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation as it unfolds. We are following CDC workplace recommendations. To reduce risk to our employees, customers, and communities, effective immediately, both our Groton and Moravia Offices will provide services via our drive-thru windows or by appointment only.

Our drive-thru hours are as follows:
8am to 5pm on Monday – Tuesday
8am to 1pm on Wednesday

8am to 6pm on Thursday – Friday
8am to Noon on Saturday.
Our call center hours are as follows:
8am to 5pm on Monday – Tuesday
8am to 1pm on Wednesday

8am to 5pm on Thursday – Friday
8am to Noon on Saturday.

This will continue until further notice. We will provide updates should any of this change. To increase social distancing, we ask that you take advantage of our online, mobile and telephone banking platforms, ATMs and night drops to conduct any business, if possible.

We are here to help our customers through the COVID-19 pandemic. This is what we are doing:

  • We are waiving ATM usage fees at our ATMs and foreign ATMs for all of our customers.
  • If you are experiencing financial hardship from the pandemic, please contact us at (607) 898-5871 for assistance. We are offering a number of accommodations, including, but not limited to:
    • delayed loan payments (through extensions or deferral)
    • waiving CD early withdrawal penalties on withdrawals of up to $10,000 in order to meet financial needs
    • increasing your mobile deposit limit.
  • We are working with our small business and commercial customers as well during this difficult time, including offering SBA Paycheck Protection Loans. Please call us at (607) 898-5871 to discuss your needs.

In addition, while our lobbies are closed, we are accessible for you 24/7 through our Online Banking and Mobile Banking Services. If you have not yet signed up for Online Banking, please call us at (607) 898-5871 in order for us to assist you. Online Banking gives you access to your accounts, the ability to make transfers and bill payments, and also access to our mobile banking platform that allows you to make check deposits from your smartphone. If you need a temporary increase to our mobile check deposit limits, please call so that we can assist you.
