Addressing COVID-19

We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation. We are following CDC workplace recommendations.

Our lobby hours are as follows:

Mon & Tue: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Wed: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Thur & Fri: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sat: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Our drive-thru hours are as follows:

Mon & Tue: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Wed: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Thur & Fri: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Sat: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Our call center hours are as follows:

Mon & Tue: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Wed: 8:00am – 1:00pm

This will continue until further notice. We will provide updates should any of this change. To increase social distancing, we ask that you take advantage of our online, mobile and telephone banking platforms, ATMs and night drops to conduct any business, if possible.

We are here to help our customers through the COVID-19 pandemic. This is what we are doing:

  • We are waiving ATM usage fees at our ATMs and foreign ATMs for all of our customers.
  • If you are experiencing financial hardship from the pandemic, please contact us at (607) 898-5871 for assistance. We are offering a number of accommodations, including, but not limited to:
    • delayed loan payments (through extensions or deferral)
    • waiving CD early withdrawal penalties on withdrawals of up to $10,000 in order to meet financial needs as a result of hardship.
    • increasing your mobile deposit limit.
  • We are working with our small business and commercial customers as well during this difficult time, including offering SBA Paycheck Protection Program Loans (The PPP Program has expired as of August 8, 2020. If the program is restarted we will be offering this option again). Please call us at (607) 898-5871 to discuss your needs.

In addition, we are accessible for you 24/7 through our Online Banking and Mobile Banking Services. If you have not yet signed up for Online Banking, please call us at (607) 898-5871 in order for us to assist you. Online Banking gives you access to your accounts, the ability to make transfers and bill payments, and also access to our mobile banking platform that allows you to make check deposits from your smartphone. If you need a temporary increase to our mobile check deposit limits, please call so that we can assist you.
