Missing your card? Report it through card management on Groton Bank Online or Groton Bank app, by calling a branch, or reaching out to 1-888-297-3416.
How to report a card lost or stolen in groton bank online
In the Groton Bank app or on Groton Bank Online:
- Select the account that is linked to your debit card from the accounts list.
- Select "Card management"
- Select the applicable card
- Select "Report lost/stolen"
- Select either "My card is lost" or "My card is stolen"
