Report a Lost or Stolen Card

Missing your card? Report it through card management on Groton Bank Online or Groton Bank app, by calling a branch, or reaching out to 1-888-297-3416.
In the Groton Bank app or on Groton Bank Online:
  • Select the account that is linked to your debit card from the accounts list.
  • Select "Card management"
  • Select the applicable card
  • Select "Report lost/stolen"
  • Select either "My card is lost" or "My card is stolen"
